A mitigation system reverses that: a pipe through the slab connected to a quiet fan creates gentle suction under your foundation, capturing radon before it enters and venting it above your roofline.
1. Assessment
We inspect your foundation type, slab access, and the best suction-point location. Fixed written quote.
2. Installation day
A small hole is cored through the slab, pipe is run (usually through an interior wall or garage) to above the roof, and the fan is mounted. Most homes: one day.
3. Verification
A follow-up test proves your levels are below 200 Bq/m³ — typically under 75. You get the lab report and a 5-year warranty.
