Survey & design
We map your foundation, locate the best suction point, and plan the pipe route — usually through a garage or closet to keep it discreet.
Core & pit
A 4–6" hole is cored through the slab and a small suction pit excavated in the gravel below. (Dust-controlled, HEPA vacuum on site.)
Pipe & fan
PVC is run to above the roofline; the inline fan mounts outside or in the attic. A manometer (U-tube gauge) shows the system is pulling.
Seal & verify
Slab cracks and sump pits are sealed to maximize suction. A follow-up test confirms you're below 200 Bq/m³.
Running costs & maintenance
Electricity roughly $50–$100/year. The fan lasts 10–15 years. Check the manometer occasionally — if the fluid levels go flat, call us.
